Online Help Request Information:
Name Fields: Use the Student's Name Only, NOT parent or guardian names.
Email Address: Use the Student's OCS Google Email Address, it should resemble this example: flast1@wphs.ohio.k12.wv.us DO NOT use personal emails.
School / Location: Be careful to pick the appropriate school
After selecting an issue, please be sure to provide as much information as you can. The more information the faster our technicians will be able to assist you. Simply stating the device does not work is not helpful. Do NOT place phone numbers in the issue description field, OCS Technology staff are supporting the staff, on site learners, remote learners, and administrators they may not have time to make phone calls.

Help Request from a Chromebook
Students will need to locate the Ohio County Schools Logo in the upper right of their Chromebook browser
Click the logo and then select Staff Helpdesk under the Help and Information section
Log in to the IncidentIQ website with your school Google Account
Upon logging in, click the New Ticket button and fill out the information

Wireless Access Information
With your Ohio County Schools provided device you will be able to access the WiFi at the locations listed below. Ohio County Schools’ devices will connect automatically to the WiFi at any of the locations below when you are within range of the WiFi. Your student does not have to be enrolled at the particular school to access the WiFi there. For example, if your child is a student at Wheeling Park High they will be able to take their Chromebook to Ritchie Elementary and connect to the WiFi. Personal devices will not be able to access Ohio County Schools’ WiFi.
