Ohio County Schools Foundation members applauded a trio of Wheeling Park High School juniors for their work in developing the organization’s website.

Patriot Career and Technical Education students Alex Evans, Sarah Grimes and Katelyn Kuthy provided Foundation members with design updates. They explained that they are creating the website as part of Wheeling Park’s simulated workplace company they’ve named “Studio 235.” The website will include scholarship and donation information.

The students were accompanied at the meeting by Wheeling Park Principal Meredith Dailer and Counselor Jennifer Kucera-Short, both of whom are Foundation members. Foundation President Walter Saunders, who is the Ohio County Schools Federal Programs Director, Ohio County Schools Superintendent Kimberly Miller, Board of Education President Andy Garber, Business Manager Steven Bieniek, Foundation Secretary Joyce Galloway and members Nahla Khoury and Mary Marockie congratulated the students for their excellent work and informative presentation.

Designer Austin Shaw was unable to attend the meeting.
