Warwood School
Warwood School Principal Mr. Rowing and Communities in Schools, Mrs. Weekley, were recently recognized in the statewide CIS bulletin.  They are doing amazing things for their schools as they work to revamp their PBIS program!

From the bulletin:
Communities In Schools, in an exciting collaboration with Warwood administration and dedicated staff members, has spearheaded an inspiring transformation of the PBIS rewards system. Now, students are empowered with the opportunity to choose a monthly reward tailored to their interests, earned through their outstanding behavior and attendance. This fresh, innovative approach has ignited enthusiasm among both students and staff alike, fostering a sense of community within the school.

Even more commendable is the inclusive nature of this initiative. For those who may not initially qualify for the rewards, CIS steps in with Tier 2 supports encouraging reflection and providing strategies for growth. It's not just about recognition; it's about fostering a culture of continuous improvement and support for every student.

Under the leadership of Principal Mr. Rowing and the dedicated coordination of Ms. Weekley, Warwood is truly paving the way for positive change. Together, they exemplify a commitment to student success, tirelessly working to elevate attendance and behavior school wide. This holistic approach not only enhances the learning environment but also nurtures the development of each and every student. Kudos to the entire Warwood community for their unwavering dedication to student well-being and success!
