Wheeling Middle School students were thrilled today by the amazing basketball skills and inspiring words of Tanya Crevier.
Crevier, from Elkton, South Dakota, is a 1977 Graduate of South Dakota State University where she excelled in basketball and played three other sports as a South Dakota State Jackrabbit. She went on to play three years of women’s professional basketball and is a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Hall of Champions and the South Dakota Sports Hall of Fame.
Crevier now travels the world as a speaker and entertainer sharing her unique basketball handling show and inspirational message of hope and motivation. Crevior has performed at many collegs, NBA and WNBA games. She included Wheeling Middle School students and staff members in her exciting presentation that included messages of “HOPE” (Humility, Others, Purpose, Excellence). The Wildcats truly enjoyed her skills and powerful message!!!
