Do you want to make a difference in our school community? We are now accepting nominations for one parent to serve on LSIC, which is a two year commitment. Nominations are accepted through September 6.
LSIC meets four times a year and is a council made up of school staff, parents and community members. Discussion topics include: parent and community involvement, the learning environment, student engagement, attendance, supports for all students, PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention and Support), safety, wellness, and general school improvement. Our first meeting is Tuesday, September 24 at 3:30 p.m.
