We had a great display of creativity and scientific thinking at our science fair. We appreciate all of the hard work that went into the various projects. Also, a big thank you to our judges: Mike Rafa, Pete Chacalos, Jeana Battista, and Madison Osborne. We really appreciate all the time and careful consideration they put into judging the projects. Finally, thanks to all of the families that came out to view our showcase. We are proud of all of our students for their efforts and congratulate each one on a job well done. Good morning. Quick update: bus 13 is dealing with some ice on the road. The Maintenance Dept is assisting them and they should be to school soon. The bus does have heat and they are safe. Thank you!
Second graders enjoyed Family Game Night, where they learned about the many valuable skills that can be gained through playing games. Families enjoyed snacks and played math and spelling games, followed by some board and card games. Students were also able to take home some materials to use for game nights at home. Thanks to a previous grant and a generous donation from a community member, second grade was able to host this wonderful evening.
We’re so thankful for our Vikings, our team, and our families! We hope everyone has a terrific Thanksgiving Break, and we’ll see you on Monday 12/2!
