Multiple community resources are stopping by to offer workshops and programs for kids.
We swung by Ms. Bugaj’s 1st grade classroom, and this group was “filling their buckets” with wonderful affirmations.
“I love myself because I am helpful” was one of our favorites!
Life can be tough, and learning to be kind to oneself is a skill they never grows old.
