Today, the WPHS Band earned Superior Ratings at the 2025 WVSSAC Region I Band Festival!
Performing two exceptionally challenging pieces, our students rose to the occasion with musicality, precision, and heart. Their commitment to excellence was on full display, and we could not be prouder of the hard work and dedication they’ve poured into this performance season.
They made great music today—music that not only showcased their talent but also reflected the values of teamwork, perseverance, and pride. The Park Band represented Ohio County Schools and Wheeling Park High School with the highest level of honor and dignity, continuing the proud tradition of the WPHS Music Department and upholding the standard of excellence we’ve come to expect.
