“Justin Goneau is amazing! He has been with Koup since he began at Wheeling Park High School. He has always treated him with dignity and goes the extra mile to make sure Kouper is learning. When I wanted Kouper and his date to attend prom a couple years ago, Justin volunteered to chaperone them the entire time. They went to prom like their typical peers! He really has made a big impact on all of his students’ lives! He is by far the most deserved for this recognition.”
