At the WV State BOE meeting today, Tiffany Barnes, WV Teacher of the Year, and special education teacher at Wheeling Middle School was presented with a Toyota Rav4 from Toyota WV.
This car will be Miss Tiff's car for the year she serves as WV TOY and travels to state speaking engagements.
We know this is going to be such an amazing year not only for Miss Tiff, but for the state as a whole. We look forward to teachers from across the state learning from Miss Tiff as she shares her experiences.
