social workers posing
It's the end of #socialworkweek.

We are truly grateful for every single Communities In Schools Ohio County.

The work they do is daily, constant, and needed.  We could talk about them all day, but we felt it makes more sense to hear from a parent!

This mom, from Elm Grove Elementary, shared about Miss Marleah:

"Mrs. Marleah has helped me and my family for the past 3 years at Elm Grove Elementary. As a parent, it brings great comfort to know that my children have someone at school who truly listens, understands, and cares for them. She has helped us in so many ways. She always goes above and beyond for us.

I have seen growth in my child's confidence and ability to handle difficulties. I know her support has played an important role in that progress.

Thank you for the compassion and dedication you show my children every day. The work you do has a powerful and lasting impact on students and families. Our family is truly grateful for you."

Thank you to our local newspaper for this photo, and THANK YOU to each of these individuals!
