Earning his Ph.D. in history from WVU in early April, Howard has been with WPHS since 2017, and subbed in a different part of the state prior to.
“My favorite part of teaching relates to critical thinking. We help enable kids to see the world and know that it can be changed; it’s not static. They and we can make the world better by becoming agents of positive change.”
There is no better message in public education than that.
