Dates:
Performance: Friday, October 18th at the Home Football Game at Wheeling Island Stadium
Rehearsal: Thursday, October 17th at the WPHS Sports Complex.
Information:
After a wildly successful Alumni Band event last year, we are gearing up to have the 2nd Annual WPHS Alumni Band, and we would love for you to be involved! This year's event will take place Friday, October 18th at the Home Football Game at Wheeling Island Stadium. There will be a rehearsal the night prior, Thursday, October 17th at the WPHS Sports Complex. Registration will begin Thursday at 5pm and will be open until the rehearsal begins at 6pm. Attached to this email is a link to a google form. If you are interested in participating in the Alumni Band this year, please FILL THE FORM OUT NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 20th! Included in completion of the form and participation in the band is the requirement of paying the $30 FEE! Upon completion of the form, you will be met with a Venmo QR code that will allow you to pay through Venmo. If you prefer to pay by check, please make checks out to "WPHS Band Boosters" and mail them to WPHS ATTN: Wheeling Park Band. If you know someone who was not involved in the band last year, please reach out to them. Share this email, message them on Facebook, text them, Instagram DM them, whatever it takes! We would love to see even more familiar faces this year!
If you have questions regarding the Alumni Band, please direct them to me at this email. I will be happy to answer any questions that you might have. Music for the event will be sent out at a later date!
