The Welding program prepares students for careers in various welding and metal fabrication industries. This program offers comprehensive training in multiple welding processes, including shield metal arc welding (SMAW), gas metal arc welding (GMAW), gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), and flux-cored arc welding (FCAW). Students will develop skills in welding techniques, safety practices, blueprint reading, and metal fabrication, preparing them for industry certifications and entry-level positions.

Park Welding & Fabricating is the CTE simulated workplace for Welding Technology at Wheeling Park High School and is taught by Mr. Matt Hutchinson.
